Do you use AI to create your artwork?

No – every artwork begins as an original hand-painted oil painting, created using the finest grade materials. All prints are faithful reproductions of these original works – there are no digital elements or mixed media used.

Are these original paintings or prints?

All listings in the print shop are for premium giclée prints. They are made using museum-grade paper and archival inks for rich, lasting colour. Original paintings are occasionally released separately and announced to my email subscribers first.

What printing and materials do you use?

I partner with a trusted specialist fine art studio that produces:

• premium giclée prints
• museum-grade archival papers and canvas
• richly pigmented inks
• precise colour calibration

This ensures the prints capture the depth, texture, and atmosphere of the original oil paintings.

Where are the prints made?

To ensure the fastest and safest delivery, premium quality prints are produced closest to your location — including the USA, UK, EU, and Australia. This means:

• quicker shipping
• reduced carbon footprint
• lower risk of damage in transit

Refunds / returns

Because each print is made to order, returns and exchanges can only be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns with your order, just message me — I’m always here to help.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If anything arrives bent, torn, scratched, or creased, simply send me a photo and I’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, I will happily send a free replacement or arrange a refund. You’ll never be left without your artwork.
